    This week's focus is on Mastering our Emotions. Emotions are associated with how we think and belief we feel - But how we feel is simply the result of our thinking and beliefs. Try omitting the "F" word, Feeling this week and instead replace it with- I think or I believe.
    This week we attempt to let go of the past meanings, beliefs and thinking what an emotion means and begin to feel Emotions without labeling.
