#1 Spiritual Practice

Today I want to share with you the #1 Spiritual Practice that supports you and your well-being; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

With more than a decade under my belt, I am still a student of this amazing practice as it continues to unveil in me more that I was not aware of. 

Meditation has quieted my busy mind, calmed my nerves, and centered me in the middle of turmoil.   Meditation has brought me answers to problems, guided me through conflict and discord, and helped me to face my darkness.   Meditation has comforted my heart, brought me home to my soul and connected me to the 4 intelligence systems I share will you in my book, Bringing Spirituality into Business, Know yourself, Grow yourself, Live Life Empowered.   Meditation has empowered me in ways I cannot even put words to yet.  It’s advanced me more than any other practice I have made a habit of.  It grows me, supports me, and centers me in being the best version of me everyday.

In the book, “10 000-hour rule,” the author asserts that the key to achieving true expertise in any skill is simply a matter of practicing, albeit in the correct way, for at least 10 000 hours.  Well I have been practicing meditation for over 14 years with the aim of one hour per day and that equate to just over 5,000 hours.   And yes my aim is at least an hour a day.

To think I could begin to tell you something new about the power of mediation is both foolish and unnecessary, as so many before me have shared this powerful practice and it’s many benefits.
